Privacy Policy

Email Management (the "App") is developed and published by Hani Muhsen (the "Developer"). This policy explains what the App does with your information.

Summary

The App is designed to keep everything on your device. It has no user accounts, no servers of its own, no analytics and no advertising. Emails, attachments, drafts, notes, voice recordings and settings that you add to the App are stored locally on your computer and are never uploaded by the App.

Information stored on your device

• Emails you import (by dragging files, opening .eml/.msg files or pasting text), including their headers, body, images and attachments.
• Your priorities, deadlines, tags, statuses, drafts, notes (text, images, files and voice recordings) and edited copies of attachments.
• Settings such as your name, signature, VIP senders, priority levels and, if you choose to use AI features, the API key you enter.

This information is kept in the browser storage of the App on your device (IndexedDB and local storage). You can delete all of it at any time from Settings ▸ "Delete all data", or by uninstalling the App.

Network access

• Optional AI features. Only if you enter your own API key for a provider you choose (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or a compatible service), the text of the email you are replying to and your instructions are sent directly from your device to that provider so it can draft or refine a reply. This data is handled under the provider's own terms and privacy policy. No AI request is ever made without your explicit action, and the Developer never receives it.
• Fonts. When online, the App may download interface fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Google may record standard technical request data such as your IP address. The App works fully offline without them.
• The App makes no other network requests and does not transmit your emails, notes or files anywhere.

Microphone, files and folders

• The microphone is used only when you press "Record voice" in the Notes tab. Recordings are saved locally with the email and are never uploaded.
• Access to a folder on your computer is requested only when you choose a backup folder or save files; the App writes only the files you ask it to.
• "Open in mail app" hands your draft to your default email program (for example Outlook) through a standard mailto link; sending happens in that program, not in the App.

Children

The App is a general productivity tool and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date.

سياسة الخصوصية

تطبيق «إدارة الرسائل البريدية» («التطبيق») من تطوير ونشر هاني محسن («المطوّر»). توضّح هذه السياسة ما يفعله التطبيق بمعلوماتك.

الخلاصة

صُمِّم التطبيق ليبقى كل شيء على جهازك. لا حسابات مستخدمين فيه، ولا خوادم خاصة به، ولا أدوات تحليل، ولا إعلانات. الرسائل والمرفقات والمسودات والملاحظات والتسجيلات الصوتية والإعدادات التي تضيفها تُخزَّن محلياً على حاسوبك ولا يرفعها التطبيق إلى أي مكان.

المعلومات المخزّنة على جهازك

• الرسائل التي تستوردها (بسحب الملفات أو فتح ملفات ‎.eml/.msg أو لصق النص)، بما فيها الترويسات والنص والصور والمرفقات.
• الأولويات والمواعيد والوسوم والحالات والمسودات والملاحظات (نصوص وصور وملفات وتسجيلات صوتية) والنسخ المعدّلة من المرفقات.
• الإعدادات مثل اسمك وتوقيعك والمرسلين المهمين ومستويات الأولوية، ومفتاح API الذي تُدخله إذا اخترت استخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي.

تُحفظ هذه المعلومات في مخزن المتصفح الخاص بالتطبيق على جهازك (IndexedDB والتخزين المحلي). يمكنك حذفها كلها في أي وقت من الإعدادات ▸ «حذف كل البيانات»، أو بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق.

الوصول إلى الشبكة

• ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي الاختيارية. فقط إذا أدخلت مفتاح API الخاص بك لمزوّد تختاره (مثل Anthropic أو OpenAI أو Google Gemini أو خدمة متوافقة)، يُرسَل نص الرسالة التي تردّ عليها وتعليماتك مباشرة من جهازك إلى ذلك المزوّد ليصوغ الرد أو يحسّنه، وتُعالج هذه البيانات وفق شروط المزوّد وسياسة خصوصيته. لا يُرسَل أي طلب دون فعل صريح منك، ولا يتلقى المطوّر شيئاً منه.
• الخطوط. عند الاتصال بالإنترنت قد يحمّل التطبيق خطوط الواجهة من Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com)، وقد تسجّل Google بيانات الطلب التقنية المعتادة مثل عنوان IP. يعمل التطبيق كاملاً دون اتصال ومن غير هذه الخطوط.
• لا يجري التطبيق أي طلبات شبكية أخرى، ولا ينقل رسائلك أو ملاحظاتك أو ملفاتك إلى أي مكان.

الميكروفون والملفات والمجلدات

• يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط عند الضغط على «تسجيل صوتي» في تبويب الملاحظات، وتُحفظ التسجيلات محلياً مع الرسالة ولا تُرفع أبداً.
• يُطلب الوصول إلى مجلد على جهازك فقط عندما تختار مجلد النسخ الاحتياطي أو تحفظ ملفات، ولا يكتب التطبيق إلا الملفات التي تطلبها.
• زر «فتح في تطبيق البريد» يسلّم مسودتك إلى برنامج البريد الافتراضي لديك (مثل Outlook) عبر رابط mailto قياسي؛ والإرسال يتم في ذلك البرنامج لا في التطبيق.

الأطفال

التطبيق أداة إنتاجية عامة ولا يجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من أي شخص، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

التغييرات

عند تغيير هذه السياسة تُنشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذا العنوان بتاريخ جديد.
