Privacy Policy

ScholarSync is a student planner (timetable, assignments, GPA calculator and focus timer) published by Hani Muhsen. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: everything you enter stays on your own device, and we collect nothing.
Information the app stores
Classes, assignments, grades, settings and focus-session statistics that you enter are saved only in the app's local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. Deleting the app, or using Settings › Erase all data, removes them.
Information we collect
None. ScholarSync has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking technologies. We do not collect personal information, usage data or device identifiers.
Internet access
The app is delivered as a web application hosted on GitHub Pages. Your device downloads the app files from that server when the app is installed or updated; after that the app works completely offline. GitHub may log standard technical data (such as IP address and request time) when files are downloaded, as described in GitHub's privacy statement. No data you enter in the app is ever sent to that server.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app shows a Windows notification on your device when a focus session or break ends. Notifications are generated locally and do not use any external service. You can turn them off at any time in the app's settings or in Windows settings.
Backups you create
The Export backup feature saves a copy of your data to a file in a location you choose. That file is under your control; the app does not upload it anywhere.
Children
The app does not collect information from anyone, including children, and is suitable for students of all ages.
Changes to this policy
If the policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated date.

ScholarSync هو مخطّط دراسي للطلاب (جدول دراسي، واجبات، حاسبة معدل، ومؤقّت تركيز) يقدّمه هاني محسن. توضّح هذه السياسة ما يفعله التطبيق ببياناتك. وباختصار: كل ما تُدخله يبقى على جهازك، ونحن لا نجمع أي شيء.
المعلومات التي يخزّنها التطبيق
تُحفظ المحاضرات والواجبات والعلامات والإعدادات وإحصاءات جلسات التركيز التي تُدخلها في التخزين المحلي للتطبيق على جهازك فقط، ولا تُرسل إلينا أو إلى أي طرف آخر أبداً. حذف التطبيق، أو استخدام الإعدادات › مسح جميع البيانات، يزيلها.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
لا شيء. لا يحتوي ScholarSync على حسابات أو تسجيل دخول أو تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تقنيات تتبّع. لا نجمع معلومات شخصية أو بيانات استخدام أو معرّفات أجهزة.
الاتصال بالإنترنت
يُقدَّم التطبيق كتطبيق ويب مستضاف على GitHub Pages. يحمّل جهازك ملفات التطبيق من ذلك الخادم عند التثبيت أو التحديث، وبعد ذلك يعمل التطبيق دون اتصال بالكامل. قد يسجّل GitHub بيانات تقنية معيارية (مثل عنوان IP ووقت الطلب) عند تحميل الملفات كما هو موضّح في بيان خصوصية GitHub. لا تُرسل أي بيانات تُدخلها في التطبيق إلى ذلك الخادم إطلاقاً.
الإشعارات
إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، يعرض التطبيق إشعار ويندوز على جهازك عند انتهاء جلسة التركيز أو الاستراحة. تُنشأ الإشعارات محلياً دون أي خدمة خارجية، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات ويندوز.
النسخ الاحتياطية التي تنشئها
تحفظ ميزة تصدير نسخة احتياطية نسخة من بياناتك في ملف بالمكان الذي تختاره. هذا الملف تحت سيطرتك، ولا يرفعه التطبيق إلى أي مكان.
الأطفال
لا يجمع التطبيق معلومات من أي شخص، بما في ذلك الأطفال، وهو مناسب للطلاب من جميع الأعمار.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
في حال تغيّرت السياسة، تُنشر النسخة الجديدة على هذا العنوان مع تاريخ محدَّث.
