Rfoof stores your files on your own device and, only when you ask for a backup, in a folder you choose. The app has no servers of its own, needs no account, does not collect analytics, does not show ads and never sends your documents anywhere.
Files, folders, titles, tags, notes and settings that you add to the app. They are stored locally in your browser/app storage (IndexedDB) on the device you use. Search indexes and thumbnails are generated on your device only.
When you choose a backup folder in Settings → Backup, the browser asks you to confirm that Rfoof may read and write inside that folder only. Rfoof then copies your library into it (your files organized like your folders, plus an index file with titles, tags and notes) and remembers the folder so the next backup is one click. The folder can be on a local disk, a USB stick, or the sync folder of a cloud service you already use (for example Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive or iCloud); in that case the cloud service, not Rfoof, uploads the files under its own privacy policy. Rfoof never deletes anything from the folder, and you can forget the folder at any time from the same settings page or revoke the browser permission from the site's information panel.
You can export a full backup (to a folder or as a ZIP file) and delete all local data at any time from Settings. Uninstalling the app removes its local data from the device.

يحفظ تطبيق رفوف ملفاتك على جهازك، وعند طلبك نسخة احتياطية فقط، في مجلد تختاره أنت. لا يملك التطبيق أي خوادم خاصة به، ولا يحتاج إلى حساب، ولا يجمع بيانات تحليلية، ولا يعرض إعلانات، ولا يرسل مستنداتك إلى أي جهة.
الملفات والمجلدات والعناوين والوسوم والملاحظات والإعدادات التي تضيفها إلى التطبيق. تُخزَّن محليًا في مساحة تخزين التطبيق/المتصفح (IndexedDB) على الجهاز الذي تستخدمه. ويتم إنشاء فهارس البحث والصور المصغّرة على جهازك فقط.
عندما تختار مجلدًا للنسخ الاحتياطي من الإعدادات ← النسخ الاحتياطي، يطلب المتصفح تأكيدك على السماح لرفوف بالقراءة والكتابة داخل ذلك المجلد فقط. ينسخ رفوف بعدها مكتبتك إليه (ملفاتك مرتّبة كما في مجلداتك، مع ملف فهرس يحوي العناوين والوسوم والملاحظات) ويتذكّر المجلد لتكون النسخة التالية بضغطة واحدة. يمكن أن يكون المجلد على قرص محلي أو ذاكرة USB أو مجلد مزامنة خدمة سحابية تستخدمها أصلًا (مثل Google Drive أو Dropbox أو OneDrive أو iCloud)؛ وفي هذه الحالة تتولى الخدمة السحابية، لا رفوف، رفع الملفات وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. لا يحذف رفوف أي شيء من المجلد أبدًا، ويمكنك نسيان المجلد في أي وقت من صفحة الإعدادات نفسها أو سحب إذن المتصفح من لوحة معلومات الموقع.
يمكنك تصدير نسخة احتياطية كاملة (إلى مجلد أو كملف ZIP) وحذف جميع البيانات المحلية في أي وقت من الإعدادات. وإزالة التطبيق تحذف بياناته المحلية من الجهاز.
