OmniInk Pro — Privacy Policy

OmniInk Pro is an inking, whiteboard and annotation app for Windows. It is designed to work entirely on your device. We built it so that we do not need, and do not want, your personal data.

What we collect

Nothing. OmniInk Pro does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising identifiers and no tracking of any kind.

Where your drawings live

Everything you create — boards, pages, ink, text, shapes and any images or PDF pages you import — is stored locally on your device, in the app's own storage. It never leaves your computer unless you choose to export it (for example as a PNG, SVG, PDF or .omniink file) or share it using Windows sharing features.

• Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes this local storage.
• You can delete all stored boards at any time from Settings › Data › Delete all data.
• Backups you create are ordinary files saved where you choose; they stay under your control.

Internet access

OmniInk Pro works offline. The app package may contact the internet only to check for an updated version of itself from the address it was installed from. No content you create is included in that request.

Files you open

When you open an image, PDF or .omniink file, it is read and processed on your device only. PDF pages are rendered locally with the open-source PDF.js library; no file is uploaded anywhere.

Children

Because OmniInk Pro collects no data at all, it is suitable for users of any age.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
