Privacy Policy

Summary

ExecuFlow is an offline application. It does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data. Everything you enter — projects, delegated tasks, engagements, your name and title — is stored only on your own device.

Data storage

Your records are saved in the app's local storage on your Windows PC. They are never uploaded to a server operated by us or by anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes them; the Export backup feature lets you keep a copy as a file under your control.

Network access

The app needs an internet connection only to download its own files and updates from its hosting site. It makes no other network requests, contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking.

Permissions

ExecuFlow does not request access to your contacts, calendar, location, camera, microphone or files beyond the backup file you choose to export or import yourself.

Children

ExecuFlow is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
